I have good memories of this album.. I had it blasting when I was moving into my first apartment. I never thought punk metal reggae could be so good. A lot of you aren’t going to like this one, but it’s so unique I couldn’t resist. Enjoy.

excerpt from last.fm: Skindred is a four-piece metal/reggae/punk/hip hop band from South Wales, UK. Their genre is an innovative mix of metal, punk, and reggae. Three of the original members had previously been in the band Dub War. Some people take the view that they are the founders of a new genre, ragga-metal, while metal connoisseurs agree to no more than reggae funk. The roots of the genre can be traced back to 80’s artists such as Bad Brains and 24-7 Spyz.
